Message the reason I axe is because I just got my tires remounted and balanced in NoVA and I was turned down at Merchant's, Firestone, and NTB because of the low profile on my rear tires combined with my 18" wheels. I believe the tire shops started having trouble when the aspect ratio went below 40.
I finally found a specific NTB that could do the work but I was charged an extra "difficult wheel" fee. I think my bill was right around $150 for four remounts and lifetime balance.

So you may need to call around first.

Another resource would be to go online to the Tire Rack website and look for a list "approved installers" near you.
